In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865,"
In the matter of Frederick Lane, of Christchurch, in the said district, Bricklayer, a debtor.
NOTICE is hereby given that the estate of the above mentioned debtor has been sequestrated by order of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson made on the Twenty-second day of June instant on a petition filed in this Honorable Court in pursuance of the above named Acts and Thursday the Twenty-third day of August next at eleven o’clock in the forenoon has been appointed for the hearing of such petition at the Court House Christchurch aforesaid and such order was declared to be a vesting order pursuant to section 8 of the said "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1865."
Dated this 26th day of June 1866.
