I HEREBY certify that FRANCESCO ROSSETTI has this day submitted to me, for examination, his Diploma as Doctor of Medicine, and that I find that he was admitted to the degree of Doctor in Medicine and Surgery in the University of Pisa, on the 19th day of June, 1850; and is, therefore, entitled to be considered a duly qualified Medical Practitioner under the “Medical Practitioner’s Ordinance, Sess. I, No. 2, 1849.”

In the matter of the Petition of John Denys Walker, of Hokitika, a debtor.
NOTICE is hereby given that by order of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson bearing date on or about the Twenty-fifth day of May 1866 the estate of the above named John Denys Walker was sequestrated and protection from all legal process for debt granted to the said John Denys Walker upon his petition previously filed in the Supreme Court at Hokitika and the hearing of such petition was appointed to take place on Monday the Thirtieth day of July next at the Supreme Court House Hokitika in the said district at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.
Dated at Hokitika this 22nd day of June 1866.
