HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following Reserve, temporarily, under the 19th clause of the Waste Land Regulations;

No. 736, in red.—Forty acres, more or less, situate in the Timaru District, commencing at a point on the South-road, the same being three chains fifty links south-west of its junction with the road leading to King’s Homestead; thence following a line bearing N. 3° 52’ W. mag., a distance of fifteen chains thirty-three links; thence N. 50° 19’ E. mag., a distance of six chains fifty links; thence N. 38° 5’ E. mag., a distance of thirty-two chains, thirteen links; thence N. 44° 18’ E. mag., a distance of fourteen chains eighteen links, to the South-road before mentioned; and from thence returning in a south-easterly, and southerly direction along that road to the commencing point—For a Stone Quarry.

GEORGE RHODES’ REAL ESTATES ACT.

NOTICE is hereby given that application will be made in the ensuing Session of the General Assembly of the Colony of New Zealand, by the Trustees of the Will of George Rhodes, deceased, to enable the Governor of the Colony to affix the Seal of the Colony to certain Crown Grants, in favor of the Trustees of the Will of George Rhodes, deceased, either severally or jointly with other persons, and to make sales, exchanges, leases, and partitions of the Real Estates vested in them under the said Will, and to give other powers to the said Trustees.

Dated this 25th day of May, 1866.
