(a) DECLARATION.—I, John A. McIntosh, of Chancery Hills Station, Rangitata, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded —, being 1,900 in number, now being at Chancery Hills Station, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(b) DECLARATION.—I, Robert Campbell of Benmore Station, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 5,100 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at Benmore, in the said Province of Otago, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.—R. CAMPBELL.
Declared before me at Benmore, this 13th day of December, 1865.—ANDREW PATERSON, Inspector of Sheep.
(c) DECLARATION.—I, Thomas Mackay, of the Levels Station, Canterbury, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 150 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at Rugged Ridges, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.—THOS.
