(a) DECLARATION.—I, Charles Fairweather, of Kaiapoi, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, two in number, marked —, on board of the vessel "Lord Ashley," Cordaston, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of the many reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

CHARLES FAIRWEATHER.

Declared before me, at Lyttelton, this 10th day of December, 1865.—WILLIAM PALFREY, Inspector of Sheep.

(b) DECLARATION.—I, Samuel Bealey, of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 38 in number, marked —, now on board of the vessel "Glenmark," Wrankmore, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of the many reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(c) DECLARATION.—I, George Packe, of Christchurch, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, four in number, marked —, on board of the vessel "Glenmark," Wrankmore, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of the many reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me at Lyttelton, this 19th day of December, 1865.—WILLIAM PALFREY, Inspector of Sheep.

(d) DECLARATION.—I, William Marcroft, of Canterbury, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 122 in number, marked —, now on board of the vessel "Wellington," H. B. Francis, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of the many reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me, at Lyttelton, this 25th day of December, 1865.—WILLIAM PALFREY, Inspector of Sheep.

(e) DECLARATION.—I, H. J. Rogers, of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, four in number, marked —, now on board of the vessel "Otago," T. Randall, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of the many reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
