(a) DECLARATION—I, Charles King, of Motonau, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 1,448 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at the Hurunui, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(b) DECLARATION—I, Thomas Kerr of Hawkeswood, Amuri, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, six in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at the Hurunui, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(c) DECLARATION—I, J. J. King of Milton Station, Selwyn, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded —, being 3,000 in number, now being at Milton Station, Selwyn, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
