(a) DECLARATION.—We, John Heywood and Co., of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, one in number, marked —, now being on board of the vessel "Victory," Gibbons, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(b) DECLARATION.—We, Burnell, Bennett, and Sprot, by John Heywood and Co., Agents, of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 15 in number, marked —, now being on board of the vessel "Lord Ashley," Worsp, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
