DECLARATIONS

(a) DECLARATION.—I, Stephen Nosworthy, of St. Leonards, Amuri, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 2,218 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at the Hurunui, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

S. NOSWORTHY.

Declared before me at Hastie’s, this 23rd day of March, 1866.—H. RAMSAY SCARVELL, Inspector of Sheep.

(b) DECLARATION.—I, T. R. K. Laurie, of St. Leonards, Amuri, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 3,115 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at the Hurunui, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

R. K. LAURIE.

Declared before me at Hastie’s, this 27th day of March, 1866.—H. RAMSAY SCARVELL, Inspector of Sheep.

(c) DECLARATION.—I, Murrough O’Brien, of Dalethorpe, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded —, being 21,400 in number, now being at East Malvern Nook, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

MURROUGH O’BRIEN.

Declared before me at McRae’s, this 8th day of March, 1866.—R. F. HOLDERNESS, Inspector of Sheep.

(d) DECLARATION.—I, William Davison, of Racecourse Hill, do hereby solemnly declare that my Sheep, branded —, being 5,500 in number, now being on Racecourse Hill, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(e) DECLARATION.—I, James Anderson, of Southland, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 15 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at Timaru, have not within the three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

JAMES ANDERSON.

Declared before me at Timaru, this 7th day of March, 1866.—ANDREW PATERSON, Inspector of Sheep.

(f) DECLARATION.—I, Thomas Davidson, of Southland, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 103 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at Karau, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

THOMAS DAVIDSON.

Declared before me at Karau, this 12th day of March, 1866.—ANDREW PATERSON, Inspector of Sheep.

(g) DECLARATION.—I, Thomas Lunam, of Dep Dell, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 800 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at Karau, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

THOMAS LUNAM.

Declared before me at Karau, this 16th day of March, 1866.—ANDREW PATERSON, Inspector of Sheep.

(h) DECLARATION.—I, Michael Ronald Buchanan, of the Levels Station, Canterbury, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 613 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me on the South Side of the Waitangi, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
