(a) DECLARATION.—I, Malcolm Macfarlane, of White Rock Station, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded — being 19,000 in number, now being at the White Rock Station, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me at the White Rock, this 23rd day of February, 1866.—H. RAMSAY SCARVELL, Inspector of Sheep.
(b) DECLARATION.—I, T. S. Mannering, of Birch Hill, Ashley, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded —, being 2,600 in number, now being at the Okuku Station, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(c) DECLARATION.—I, Charles Ferrers Knyvett, of Heslerton, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded —, being 9,200 in number, now being at Heslerton, have not within two months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(d) DECLARATION.—I, Frederick Hurrell, of Lincoln Road, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded —, being 173 in number, now being on Lincoln Road, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(e) DECLARATION.—I, John Campbell, Manager, for E. Gibson, of Waitangi, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 90 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at Rugged Ridges in the Province of Otago, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(f) DECLARATION.—I, Niel MacLean, of Acton Station, Rakaia, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 100 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me on South Bank, Waitaki, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
