No. 681, in red.—Two hundred acres,
more or less, situate in the Lyttelton
District, commencing at the junction
of the Little River road with the
road reserved between section No.
4073 and the flood line of Lake
Ellesmere, following the last men-
tioned road in a south-westerly direc-
tion, a distance of forty-seven chains,
and extending back at right angles, in
a north-westerly direction, to the low-
water line of Lake Ellesmere, being
bounded on the north-west by that
line—For a timber depot and land-
ing-place.

No. 682, in red.—One hundred and fifty
acres, more or less, situate on the
Ninety-mile Beach, on either side of
the road leading to the landing-place,
being bounded on the north-west by
the low-water line of Lake Ellesmere,
on the north-east and south-west by
lines parallel to and ten chains dis-
tant from the before-mentioned road,
and on the south-east by a line at
right angles to the last described
boundaries, to include the above
quantity—For a timber depot and
landing-place.

No. 683, in red.—Two hundred and forty
acres, more or less, situate on the
Ninety-mile Beach, having frontage
of forty chains to the Taumutu Road,
and extending back northerly at right
angles to the low-water line of Lake
Ellesmere, being bounded on the
north by that line, the landing-place
being in the centre of the same
—For a timber depot and landing-
place.

No. 684, in red.—One hundred and
seventy-five acres, more or less,
situate in the Ellesmere District,
being bounded on the north by Re-
serve in red No. 208, on the east and
south by Hart’s Creek and the low-
water line of Lake Ellesmere, and on
the west by a line ten chains distant
from the said low-water line, and by
the road leading to the landing place
—For a timber depot and landing-
place.

No. 685, in red.—Seventy acres, more or
less, situate in the Ellesmere Dis-
trict being bounded on the west and
south-west by Reserve in red No.
207, and by a line in continuation of
the north-western boundary of that
reserve, on the north by a line ten
chains distant from the northern side
of Hart’s Creek, and on the east and
south by the low-water line of Lake
Ellesmere and by Hart’s Creek—
For a timber depot and landing-
place.

No. 701, in red.—Five acres three roods,
more or less, situate at Waimate,
being bounded on the north-east by

High street, on the north by the
Railway terrace, south, and on the
west and south by the terrace or high
bank—For a cemetery.

No. 702, in red.—Nine hundred and thirty
acres, more or less, situate in the
Christchurch district, being the old
river bed, bounded on the east by
the road west of Section No. 3201,
on the west by reserve in red No.
325, and Bealey road, and on the
northward by the high bank of the
old river bed forming the southern
boundary line of sections 2919, 2603,
2552, 2342, 2343, on the southward
by the high bank forming the northern
boundary of Sections Nos. 6099,
4911, 4910, 4842, 4634, 4069, and
2861; subject nevertheless to Re-
serves Nos. 325 and 326 (in red) and
to section 8005—For a Rifle Range.

No. 703, in red.—Four acres and six
perches, more or less, situate in the
Township of Greymouth bounded on
the north by Gresson street, on the
south by Swainson street, on the
south-east by Boundary street, and
on the west by Arney street—For
the uses of the Provincial Govern-
ment, and particularly for Police
purposes.

No. 704, in red.—One acre one rood and
eight perches, more or less, situate in
the Township of Greymouth, com-
mencing at a point on the west side
of Arney street, the same being the
south-eastern corner of section No.
96, following the said street in a
southerly direction a distance of two
hundred links, and extending back
westerly a distance of six hundred
and fifty links, in a rectangular
block, being bounded on the west by
Chapman street—For the uses of the
Roman Catholic Church.

No. 705, in red.—Two roods and sixteen
perches, more or less, situate in the
township of Greymouth, commencing
at a point on the eastern side of
Packer Quay, the same being sixty
links south of the south-western cor-
ner of section No. 181, following the
said quay in a southerly direction a
distance of three chains, and extend-
ing back easterly a distance of two
chains, in a rectangular block—For
the uses of the Provincial Govern-
ment, and particularly for Police
purposes.

No. 706, in red.—Thirty acres more or
less, being the river bed of the
Teramakau, commencing at the north-
eastern corner of the Native Reserve
No. 17; thence northerly, following
a line in continuation of the eastern
boundary of that reserve, to the
northern high bank of the river
thence westerly, following the said
bank, a distance of twenty-three
