the pound to be computed on the gross amount of all moneys recovered and received from such estate and effects such sum to be paid into Court to the credit of the Insolvent Estates Fund pursuant to the said Act and in the next place of satisfying all other fees by law payable and all charges and expenses incurred by order of the Court or incidental to the execution of such trusts and all fees of Court and such other sums of money (if any) as shall be ordered by the Court and subject thereto of a just distribution and administration of such estate and effects between and amongst and for the benefit of all the creditors of the said debtor who have proved their debts or claims and subject thereto of all such creditors of the said debtor (if any) at the time of filing the said petition as shall within six calendar months from the date of this order have proved their claims to the satisfaction of the Court or a Judge thereof by way of pro rata distribution this Court expressly reserving liberty to all parties to apply to the Court as they may see fit or be advised.

Upon the application of Mr. Slater of Counsel for the said petitioner William Styche after reading the said petition purporting to be signed by the said petitioner such debtor as aforesaid and also certain schedules and also an affidavit to the said petition annexed and therewith filed on the Eighth day of February pursuant to the said Acts this Court being satisfied of the truth of the matters contained in the said petition doth hereby appoint Monday the Nineteenth day of March next at eleven o’clock in the forenoon for the hearing of such petition and the proof of debts and claims of creditors at the Court House Christchurch aforesaid and this order is hereby declared to be a vesting order pursuant to section 8 of the said Debtors’ and Creditors’ Act Amendment Act, 1865.

Upon the application of Mr Cottrell of Counsel for the said petitioner Thomas Yates after reading the said petition purporting to be signed by the said Petitioner such debtor as aforesaid and to be concurred in by Messrs. Morrison, Sclanders, Fletcher and Co. of Christchurch aforesaid merchants creditors to the extent of not less than fifty pounds in the whole and also certain schedules and also an affidavit to the said petition annexed and therewith filed on the Fifteenth day of February instant pursuant to the said Acts this Court being satisfied of the truth of the matters contained in the said petition doth hereby grant an ad interim order of sequestration of the estate and effects of the said Thomas Yates and doth direct that the estate and effects of the said Thomas Yates shall be taken and held by Henry Fowle Seager of Christchurch printer as receiver under the said Acts hereby appointed by the Court subject to such further order of the Court as may be...
