NOTICE is hereby given that, in accordance with the 26th clause of the Land Regulations of this Province, a Map of the Town of Greymouth, so far as the town is laid out, is open for inspection at the Land Office, at Christchurch, at the Survey Office, Hokitika, and at the Magistrate’s Court, Greymouth.

SALE OF TOWN LANDS AT HOKITIKA.

Christchurch, Feb. 26, 1866.
HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has fixed Tuesday, the Third day of April, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-six, at the hour of noon, at a special sitting of the Waste Land Board, at Hokitika, as the time and place when a sale by auction of Town Lands shall take place, in accordance with clause 24 of the Waste Land Regulations, subject to the usual conditions of sale, and in conformity with the Regulations for the disposal, sale, letting, and occupation of the Waste Land of the Crown, now in force within the Province of Canterbury.
Applications will be received by the Waste Land Board, at Christchurch, on and up to Friday, the Twenty-third day of March; and at the Survey Office, Hokitika, and the Magistrate’s Office, Greymouth, for transmission to the Waste Land Board, at Christchurch, on and up to Saturday the Seventeenth day of March, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-six.
