SUPREME COURT.—WESTLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of the “Debtors’ and Creditors’ Act, 1862,” and
In the matter of the “Debtors’ and Creditors’ Act Amendment Act, 1865.”
HIS Honor Henry Barnes Gresson, Esq.,
the Judge presiding in this Honorable Court, has appointed that the Court shall
sit for the despatch of business accruing under the provisions of the above named
Acts at the Court House, Hokitika, on
Monday, the Thirtieth day of July next, at eleven A.M.
