No. 118, in red.—One acre three roods, more or less, being sections Nos. 138, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 148, 149, 150, 151, 152, 153, 154, on the map of the Chief Surveyor, setting out and describing the town of Akaroa—For Roman Catholic church.

No. 114, in red.—Five acres, more or less, situate on the old German Bay road, Akaroa, being bounded on the north-west by the old line of the German Bay road, on the north-east by the road towards Benoît’s Peak, on the south-east by section 889, a distance of nine chains eighty-seven links, and on the south-west by Gendrot’s Grant, No. 24, a distance of three chains seventy links—For an abattoir.

No. 117, in red.—Two acres, more or less, situate in Akaroa, Banks’ Peninsula, commencing at a point on the Beach road, the same being the north-western corner of the Abbatoir Reserve No. 88 (in red) following the high bank forming the western boundary of the said reserve and a line in continuation of the same to the road thence south-westerly along the termination of the said road, and also along the north-western boundary of the Roman Catholic Cemetery No. 116 (in red) a distance altogether of four chains forty links, thence northerly at an angle of 80° a distance of eight chains ninety links, to the road leading to the Church of England Cemetery, and from thence returning along that road and the Beach road to the commencing point, and numbered 117 (in red) on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the Province of Canterbury setting out and describing the rural land in Akaroa, Banks’ Peninsula aforesaid—For a Dissenters’ cemetery.

No. 120, in red.—Fifty acres, more or less, situate in the Mandeville district, commencing at a point on the North road, the same being the south-western corner of section 1259; thence easterly, following the southern boundary of that section, a line in continuation thereof, and onwards in the same straight line along the southern boundary of section 1087, a distance altogether of twenty chains; thence southerly at a right angle, following the western boundary line of section 1087 and 1921 a distance of thirty-one chains fifty links; thence westerly at a right angle to the native reserve at Kaiapoi; thence northerly following the eastern boundary of the said reserve to the old north road, and from thence returning along that road to the commencing point, and numbered 120 (in red). Subject, nevertheless, to the road one chain wide, passing through this reserve from a point on the northern boundary, being seven chains thirty links from the north-western corner, and crossing the western boundary at a point being fourteen chains twenty links from the south-western corner; also to another road branching from the one last mentioned at the northern boundary of this reserve, and crossing the southern boundary at a point being five chains sixty links from the south-eastern corner; for which roads allowance is made in the acreage—For a race course.

No. 123, in red.—Ten acres, more or less, situate in the Timaru district, commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of the Geraldine township reserve, the same being the north-eastern corner of section 4221, following south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary thereof a distance of ten chains; thence at a right angle south-easterly a distance of nine chains sixty links to the high bank or terrace forming the western boundary of section 5006; thence north-easterly along the said high bank to the south-western boundary of the before-mentioned reserve, and from thence returning along that boundary to the commencing point, and numbered 123 (in red) on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the Province of Canterbury setting out and describing the rural land in the Timaru district aforesaid—For a cemetery.

No. 142, in red.—Twenty acres, more or less, situate in the Mandeville district, commencing at the junction of the road north-west of section No. 106L with the road east of section No. 544, following the latter road in a northerly direction a distance of twenty-two chains fifty links; thence easterly at a right angle a distance of eighteen chains to the road first before mentioned; and from thence returning south-westerly along that road to the commencing point, and numbered 142 (in red) on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the Province of Canterbury setting out and describing the rural land in the Mandeville district aforesaid—For a gravel pit.

No. 156, in red.—Three acres, more or less, situate in the town of Timaru, being sections No. 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 113, 114, 115, 116, and 123 on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the Province of Canterbury setting out and describing the town of Timaru aforesaid—For railway purposes.

No. 159, in red.—Three hundred and twenty acres, more or less, situate at Motunau in the North Waipara district, commencing at a point on the gully forming part of the south-western boundary of section 7548, the same being the south-eastern
