No. 453, in red.—All that parcel of land containing nine acres, more or less, situate in the Town of Hokitika, being bounded on the north by the Town Belt north, on the east by Bealey street, on the south by Spencer street, and on the west by Fitzherbert street—for a public cemetery.
No. 454, in red.—All that parcel of land containing nine acres, more or less, situate at Hokitika, having a frontage of nine chains to the Town Belt north, and extending back northerly a distance of ten chains in a rectangular block, being bounded on the west by Lance road—as a site for a gaol.
No. 455, in red.—All that parcel of land containing nine acres two roods more or less, situate at Hokitika, commencing at the intersection of the Beach road and Buckland road, following the last-mentioned road in an easterly direction a distance of ten chains; thence northerly, at a right angle, a distance of ten chains; thence westerly at right angles, a distance of eight chains sixty-seven links to the Beach road before mentioned; and from thence returning along that road a distance of ten chains eight links to the commencing point—as a site for a public abattoir.
No. 456, in red.—All that parcel of land containing ten acres one rood and thirteen perches, more or less, situate at Hokitika, having a frontage of ten chains thirty-three links to the town belt north, and extending back northerly ten chains in a rectangular block east of and adjoining Reserve in red, No. 455—for a public Common.
No. 463, in red.—Ten acres three roods, more or less, situate at Kanieri Township, West Canterbury, and known as Cobden’s Quay, being bounded on the south-west by the Kanieri River, on the north-west by the continuation of the north-western side of Papanui-street, on the south-east by the continuation of the south-eastern side of Kaiapoi-street, and on the north-east by a line parallel to and two chains distant from the first described boundary—for the purposes of a public wharf.
No. 464, in red.—Three roods twenty-four perches, more or less, situate in the Township of Kanieri, and being bounded on the south-west by Cobden’s Quay, on the south-east by Camp-street, on the north-west by a line parallel to that street and three chains distant from it, and on the north-east by Camp Reserve—for police purposes.
No. 465, in red.—Nine acres three roods, more or less, situate in the Township of Kanieri, being bounded on the south-east by Timaru-street, on the south-west by Cobden’s Quay, on the north-west by St. Alban’s-street, and on the north-east by Rochfort-street—as a site for Government Buildings.
