No. 436, in red.—All that parcel of land in the Town of Hokitika, containing two acres, two roods, and thirty-two perches, more or less; being bounded on the north by Weld-street, on the east by Sewell-street, and Reserve in red No. 893, on the west by Tancred-street; and on the south by Reserves in red No. 892 and 39a—for the uses of the Provincial Government, and particularly as a site for Government Buildings.

No. 437, in red.—All that parcel of land in the Town of Hokitika, containing one acre, two roods, and four perches, more or less, being bounded on the north by the street separating this Reserve from Reserve No. 438, in red; on the south by Camp-street; on the east by Tancred-street; on the west by Revell-street—for the uses of the Provincial Government, and particularly as a site for Police Buildings.

No. 438, in red.—All that parcel of land containing three roods and twenty-four perches, more or less, being bounded on the east by Tancred-street, for a distance of three chains, on the south by the street separating this Reserve from Reserve No. 495, a distance of three chains, and extending back northerly a distance of three chains in a rectangular block—for the uses of the Provincial Government, and particularly as a site for a gaol.

No. 439, in red.—All that parcel of land, situate in the Town of Hokitika, containing one acre, one rood, and twenty-two perches, more or less, commencing at a point on the western side of Sewell-street, the same being one chain north of Weld-street, following the first-mentioned street in a northerly direction a distance of three chains, and extending back westerly a distance of four chains sixty-one links, in a rectangular block, being bounded on the west by Tancred-street—for the uses of the Wesleyan Church.

No. 440, in red.—All that parcel of land, containing two acres and eight perches, more or less, situate in the Town of Hokitika, being bounded on the west by Tancred-street, on the south-east by Stafford-street, and on north-east by FitzGerald-street—for the uses of the Roman Catholic Church.

No. 441, in red.—All that parcel of land containing two acres one rood and sixteen perches, more or less, situate in the Town of Hokitika, being bounded on the west by Sewell-street, on the south by Weld-street, and on the north and north-east by FitzGerald-street—for the uses of the United Church of England and Ireland.

No. 442, in red.—All that parcel of land, containing two roods thirty-three perches, more or less, situate in the Town of Hokitika, being bounded on the north by Stafford-street, on the east by Cass-square, and on the south-west by FitzGerald-street—for a Mechanics’ Institute or other Literary Society.

No. 443, in red.—All that parcel of land, containing one rood and one perch, more or less, situate in the Town of Hokitika, commencing at the intersection of FitzGerald-street with Cass-street, following easterly the last-mentioned street a distance of one chain twenty-eight links; thence northerly, at a right angle, a distance of one chain fifty links; thence westerly, at a right angle, a distance of two chains seventeen links to the street first mentioned; and from thence, returning along the same, a distance of one chain seventy-three links to the commencing point—for the uses of the Provincial Government, and particularly for Educational purposes.

No. 444, in red.—All that parcel of land, containing two acres two roods and thirty-five perches, more or less, situate in the Town of Hokitika, being bounded on the north by Weld-street, on the east by Brittan-street, on the west by Hall-street, and on the south by Gibson’s Quay—for a public Market Place.

No. 445, in red.—All that parcel of land containing nine acres three roods and twenty-four perches, more or less, situate in the Town of Hokitika, being bounded on the north by Stafford-street, on the east by Hoffman-street, on the south by Weld-street, and on the west by Cass-street—as a site for a public botanical garden.

No. 446, in red.—All that parcel of land containing twenty-three acres two roods and seven perches, more or less, situate in the Town of Hokitika, being bounded on the north by Hampden-street, on the east by the Town Belt east, on the south-east by Gibson’s quay, for a distance of four chains sixty-four links, on the south by Reserve No. 447, for a distance of nine chains ninety-eight links, and on the west by Hoffman-street—for a cricket ground.

No. 447, in red.—All that parcel of land containing two acres two roods and twenty-eight perches, more or less, situate in the Town of Hokitika, being bounded on the west by Sewell-street, on the south by Weld-street, and on the north and north-east by FitzGerald-street—for the uses of the United Church of England and Ireland.
