NOTICE is hereby given that the estates of the under-mentioned persons were sequestrated by the several orders of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson, made respectively on the Twenty-second day of November, 1864, the Twenty-third day of December, 1864, and the Tenth day of January, 1865, on petitions filed in this Honorable Court in pursuance of the above-named Act, and Wednesday, the Fifteenth day of February next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, has been appointed for the hearing of the matters of such petitions at the Court House, Christchurch:—
Charles Dudding, of the Harewood Road, in the aforesaid district, Labourer, a debtor, not in custody.
James Thomas Pain, of Christchurch, in the aforesaid District, Merchant, a debtor, not in custody.
