His Honor the Superintendent directs it
to be notified that he has made the following Reserve for public purposes, under
the 19th clause of the Waste Lands Regulations; viz.:

Section No. 50, in the Town of Geraldine.

I HEREBY certify that Mr. Edwin Bold
Pearson has this day exhibited his
Diploma as Member of the Royal College of
Surgeons, England, and his Certificate as
Licentiate of the Society of Apothecaries,
London, and has thereby proved himself to
be qualified as a Medical Practitioner, under
the Ordinance of the Provincial Council of
New Munster, Sess. I, No. 2, intituled “An
Ordinance to define the qualification, and
to provide for the remuneration in certain
cases, of Medical Practitioners.”

the Sumner Road, Christchurch, Auctioneer and Commission Agent; and

In the matter of the petition of John
Thomas Peacock, of Hawkesbury, near
Christchurch aforesaid, Gentleman.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Court
hath appointed Wednesday, the Fifteenth day of February next, at eleven
o’clock in the forenoon, at the Court House,
in the City of Christchurch, for the hearing
of the said petition and the proof of debts
and claims of creditors.

Dated this 7th day of January, 1865.
