Messrs. Fox and Thompson and Mr. Arthur
Kelly Thompson, Creditors, to dismiss the
petition of these Debtors, and to cancel the
Order of Sequestration herein on the execution by the Creditors and the Debtors of a
Deed of Conveyance, Assignment, and
Release to Charles Barrett as Attorney to
the said Messrs. Fox and Thompson and
Arthur Kelly Thompson. All Creditors
desirous of proving must do so before the
said seventeenth day of March next.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it
to be notified, that he has made the
following Reserves, temporarily, until the
next Session of the Provincial Council, for
Railway purposes, viz.—

No. 295, in red.—A block of land having
frontage of 2 miles and 3 chains to
the northern bank of the river Selwyn,
extending back north-easterly
parallel to the Railway Reserve, a
distance on the average of one mile.
The line of Railway 3 chains wide,
above referred to, as indicated on the
plan of the Railway Commissioners,
dated 6th February, 1864, being the
centre of this reserve, subject to the
said line of Railway, freehold land, and
roads.

No. 296, in red.—A block of land having
frontage of 2 miles and 3 chains to the
southern bank of the river Selwyn,
and extending back southerly parallel
to the Railway Reserve, a distance on
the average of 1 mile.
The line of Railway 3 chains wide
above referred to, as indicated on the
plan of the Railway Commissioners,
dated 6th February, 1864, being the
centre of this reserve, subject to the
said line of Railway, freehold land,
roads, and Reserves.

No. 297, in red.—Reserve for a line of
Tramway one chain wide, branching
from the Little River Tramway at a
point on the Taitapu, near Trig. Station 2 L, passing along the northern
shore of Lake Ellesmere, between the
high and low water mark, to a point
near Trig. Station, B11; thence following a line passing by the south-
western corner of Section No. 6486
to the Railway Station on the north
bank of the Rakaia, subject to Sections 6371, 5787, and 6073.

Also, a branch of the same commencing at a point on the first described
line, the same being the south-eastern
side of Beetham’s Road, and running
south-easterly to the deep water landing-place on Birdling’s Creek.
