DECLARATIONS
(a) DECLARATION. — I, Francis Tabart, of Highfield, Amuri, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 750 in number, now being depastured by me at the North Bank of the Hurunui, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true. — FRANCIS TABART.
Declared before me at Hustle’s, this 13th day of October, 1864. — H. Ramsay Scarvell, Inspector of Sheep.
(b) DECLARATION. — I, John Macfarlane, of Coldstream, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded --, being 550 in number, now being at Coldstream, have not within two months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within two months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true. — JOHN MACFARLANE.
Declared before me at Coldstream, this 19th day of October, 1864. — H. Ramsay Scarvell, Inspector of Sheep.
(c) DECLARATION. — I, Frank Courage, of Double Corner, Waipara, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded --, being 3,000 in number, now being at Double Corner, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true. — FRANK COURAGE.
Declared before me at Double Corner, this 27th day of October, 1864. — H. Ramsay Scarvell, Inspector of Sheep.
(d) DECLARATION. — I, Henry Washbourn, of Riccarton, on the Ashley, do hereby solemnly declare that my Sheep, branded --, being 40 in number, now being at Riccarton, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within three months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true. — H. WASHBOURN.

(e) DECLARATION. — I, James P. Wilkinson, of Shelton Farm, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded --, being 54 in number, now being at Shelton Farm, have not within two months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within two months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true. — JAMES P. WILKINSON.

(f) DECLARATION. — I, David Lewis, of Henton, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep branded --, being 700 in number, now being at Henton, have not within two months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within two months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true. — DAVID LEWIS.

(g) DECLARATION. — I, George Gould, of Christchurch, do hereby solemnly declare that I have made a complete muster of all the Sheep in my charge, and that my Sheep, branded --, being 300 in number, now being at The Grange, have not within two months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within two months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true. — GEORGE GOULD.
