NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that the section of land specified below will be submitted to public auction, at the sitting of the Waste Lands Board, to be held at the Land Office, on Thursday, September 1st, 1864, at the hour of noon.

NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Sheep Dipping Apparatus and Enclosure, erected by Messrs. H. R. and G. B. Parker on their run No. 22, and distant 13 miles from the Waitangi, is a place where sheep imported by land from the Province of Otago may be dipped, in compliance with the provisions of the “Sheep Ordinance, Session X, No. 9;” and that the following charges will be made:—

For the first thousand - - one shilling per head:
After the first thousand - - six-pence per head.

SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
CANTERBURY DISTRICT.

In the matter of “The Debtors’ and Creditors’ Act, 1862,” (Section 8.)

His Honor, Henry Barnes Gresson, Esq., the Judge presiding in this Honorable Court, has appointed that the Court shall sit for the despatch of business accruing under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, at the Court House, Christchurch, on Tuesday, the Fifteenth day of November next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.
