the election of a Member to serve in the
Provincial Council for the Town of Kaiapoi
District, has been returned to him, with the
endorsement that

has been duly elected.

NOTICE is hereby given, that in pursuance
of the “Public House Ordinance,
1863,” the Quarterly Meeting of Her Majesty’s
Justices of the Peace in and for the Colony
of New Zealand will be held in the Resident
Magistrates’ Courts at Christchurch, Lyttelton,
Kaiapoi, Timaru, and Akaroa, on
Tuesday, the Fifth day of July next, at the
Vol. II.—No. 25.
