No. 831, in red.—Twenty-seven acres, more or less, situate in the old river bed in the Christchurch district, bounded on the north-west by the railway reserve, on the north-east by section 4029; on the south-west by section 1983; and on the south-east by Lakes’ road—for a gravel-pit.

No. 832, in red.—Seventeen acres, more or less, situate in the old river bed in the Christchurch district, bounded on the north-west by Lakes’ road; on the southward by the South road; and on the eastward by section 1768—for a gravel-pit.

No. 833, in red.—Ten acres, more or less, situate in the old river bed in the Christchurch district, bounded on the south-west by section 2776; on the south-east by the road to Selwyn; on the north-west by a line parallel to and ten chains distant from the south-eastern boundary; and on the north-east by a line at right angles to said road, so as to include the above quantity—for a gravel-pit.
