(a) DECLARATION.—I, William Atkinson, of Hanmer Plains, Amuri, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 420 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at the Hurunui, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
Declared before me at Hastie’s, this 2nd day of April, 1864.—H. RAMSAY SCARVELL, Inspector of Sheep.

(b) DECLARATION.—I, John Chaytor, of Coverham, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 3,170 in number, marked —, red spot on shoulder, now being depastured by me at the Hurunui, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(c) DECLARATION.—I, Charles King, of Hawkswood, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 6,400 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at the North Bank of the Hurunui, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

(d) DECLARATION.—I, James Balfour Wemyss, of Stronvar, Waihopai, Marlborough, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 4,600 in number, marked —, now being depastured by me at the North Bank of the River Hurunui, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
