of this Reserve; subject to the said
line of Railway, and roads.

No. 292, in red.—Forty chains in width
on each side of the Railway Reserve,
of 8 chains wide through the unsold
land to this date on the line of the
South Railway from Christchurch
to the Waitangi, as indicated on the
plans of the Railway Commissioners,
signed by the Chairman of the
Commission, Mr. Cass, 6th February,
1864, subject to roads, and existing
Reserves.

No. 295, in red.—A block of land having
frontage of 2 miles and 3 chains to
the northern bank of the River Sel-
wyn, extending back north-easterly
parallel to the Railway Reserve, a
distance on the average of one mile.
The line of Railway 3 chains wide,
above referred to, as indicated on the
plan of the Railway Commissioners,
dated 6th February, 1864, being the
centre of this Reserve, subject to the
said line of Railway, roads, and existing
Reserves.

No. 296, in red.—A block of land having
frontage of 2 miles and 3 chains to
the southern bank of the river Sel-
wyn, and extending back southerly
parallel to the Railway Reserve, a
distance on the average of 1 mile.
The line of Railway 3 chains wide
above referred to, as indicated on the
plan of the Railway Commissioners,
dated 6th February, 1864, being the
centre of this Reserve, subject to the
said line of Railway, roads, and existing
Reserves.

registered a memorandum of association,
with articles of association, establishing a
Company (with limited liability of the
Shareholders therein), entitled

“The Christchurch Baths’ Company
(Limited),”

the objects of which are the erection of
baths, to be used in such manner as the
Directors of the Company from time to time
determine. And that in pursuance of the
provisions of “The Joint Stock Companies
Act, 1860,” I have issued a certificate of
Incorporation of the said Company, bearing
date this Fourth day of February, One
thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.
