(a) DECLARATION.—I, F. H. M. Walker, of Double Corner, on the Waipara, do hereby solemnly declare that my Sheep branded —, being 3,300 in number, now being at Double Corner, have not within two months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within two months been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true. (b) DECLARATION.—I, Samuel Heywood, of Banner Downs, on the Ashley, do hereby solemnly declare that my Sheep branded —, being 1,000 in number, now being at Banner Downs, have not within two months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor within two months been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
