DECLARATION.—I, Allan M'Lean, of Waimakariri, do hereby solemnly declare that the Sheep, 75 in number, marked M., on board of the vessel "City of Dunedin," commander Boyd, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

DECLARATION.—I, William Horne, of Auckland, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 28 in number, marked G.M., on board of the vessel "Phoebe," Kennedy, commander, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

M'Donald, of Orari, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 11 in number, marked —, on board of the vessel "Queen," Francis, commander, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any Sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.
