His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following Reserves, under the 19th clause of the "Waste Land Regulations," for public purposes; viz.—

No. 308, in red.—A tract of land for a line of Tramway, 1 chain wide, commencing at a point on the South Railway where it is crossed by the Selwyn and Bealey’s Road; thence following a line, in a south-easterly direction, to the junction of Cryer’s Road and the Taumutu and Bridges Road with Fereday’s Road; a branch from this Reserve joins the Tramway Reserve No. 297, in red, at a point, being about 175 chains west of Trig. Station E 14.

Lost Land Orders’ Act

I HEREBY give notice that I will hold a Court in the Board Room, of the Land Office, Christchurch, on Tuesday, the 22nd instant, at 11 o’clock, a.m., for the purpose of hearing the Claim of James William Earle, of Lower Heathcote, Surgeon, who has applied for a Crown Grant for Canterbury Association Land Order Rural, No. 44, Fifty acres, which Land Order the said J. W. Earle states that he has accidentally lost. Any parties in any way interested in the above claim are requested to attend.
