DECLARATION.—I, Henry John Tancred, of Christchurch, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 15 in number, on board of the vessel Storm Bird, Mundle, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTOR.—I, Philip Baker Boultcn, Inspector of Sheep, hereby certify that I have carefully examined 15 sheep, the property of H. J. Tancred, on board the Storm Bird, at Lyttelton, and that I find such sheep entirely free from scab or catarrh.

Given under my hand, at Lyttelton, this 1st day of April, 1863.

† DECLARATION.—I, T. M. Hassall, for H. Redwood, of Christchurch, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 20 in number, on board of the vessel Airedale, Kennedy Commander, now lying at Lyttelton in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTOR.—I, Philip Baker Boultcn, Inspector of Sheep, hereby certify that I have carefully examined 20 sheep, the property of T. M. Hassall, on board the Airedale, at Lyttelton, and that I find such sheep entirely free from scab or catarrh.

Given under my hand, at Christchurch, this 10th day of April, 1863.

‡ DECLARATION.—I, Charles Ifwersen, of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 200 in number, marked (G) on board of the vessel Mary Ann Christina, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me, at Lyttelton, this 16th day of April, 1863.

CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTOR.—I, Philip Baker Boultcn, Inspector of Sheep, hereby certify that I have carefully examined 200 sheep, branded (G), the property of Charles Ifwersen, on board the Mary Ann Christina, at Lyttelton, and that I find such sheep entirely free from scab or catarrh.

Given under my hand, at Lyttelton, this 16th day of April, 1863.

§ DECLARATION.—I, James Newcomen, of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 1400 in number, marked G M encircled, on board of the vessel Margaretha Rosener, now lying at Lyttelton in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me, at Lyttelton, this 28th day of April, 1863.
