Henry Daniel Manning Debtor Petitioner, of Oxford Terrace, out of business, previously Mail Contractor and General Carrier, during a portion of the time in co-partnership with William Baines, trading as Mail Contractors and General Carriers, under the name or style of "Baines and Manning," before then of Barbadoes Street, South Town Belt East, Hawker and General Dealer, formerly in co-partnership with Thomas Preece, trading as Hawkers and General Dealers, under the name and style of "Manning and Preece," in High Street, all in Christchurch.
" 6... William Sloane Debtor Petitioner, late of the Harewood Road, Farmer, now a prisoner in custody.
" 8... Samuel Bingham Creditor George Hulcup, late of Lincoln Road, near Christchurch, Farmer, but now a prisoner for debt.
" 21... Edwin Cuff Creditors The co-partnership firm of William Baines and Henry Daniel Manning, trading as "Baines and Manning" Mail Contractors, at Christchurch and Timaru.
