DECLARATION.—I, Henry Beattie, of Melbourne, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 200 in number, marked O, on board of the vessel Corio, —— Commander, now lying at Lyttelton in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.
Declared before me at Lyttelton, this 2nd day of February, 1863.

CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTOR.—I, Philip Baker Boulton, Inspector of Sheep, hereby certify that I have carefully examined 200 sheep, branded O, the property of Henry Beattie, on board the Corio, at Lyttelton, and that I find such sheep entirely free from scab or catarrh.
Given under my hand at Lyttelton, this 2nd day of February, 1863.

†DECLARATION.—I, James Crisp, of Melbourne, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 4200 in number, marked A WO MS on board of the vessel Excellent, Davis Commander, now lying at Lyttelton in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.
