NOTICE is hereby given that the estates of the under-mentioned persons have been sequestrated by order of Mr. Justice Gresson, on petitions filed in the Supreme Court, in pursuance of the above-named Act, and Monday, the 16th day of November next, appointed, at Eleven in the Forenoon, for the hearing of the matters of such petitions, at the Court-house, Christchurch:—

CUSTOMS NOTICE.
Bonding Warehouse Licensed at Lyttelton.
THE Warehouse in the Port of Lyttelton, known as J. Drummond Macpherson’s, and described below, has been approved and appointed under clause XI. of the “Customs Regulation Act, 1858,” as a warehouse for the securing of goods under bond without payment of duty, on the first entry thereof.
A store, built partly of iron, partly of wood, and two compartments opening into and adjoining the western end of the same, forming a portion of the business premises now occupied by J. Drummond Macpherson, and situated immediately on the southern side of Norwich Quay east.
