LYTTELTON MUNICIPAL COUNCIL.

We, the undersigned, being ten or more of the persons who signed the Petition for the Constitution of a Municipal Council for the Town and District of Lyttelton, do hereby convene a Public Meeting of the Householders and others who are entitled to Vote in the Election of Members of the Provincial Council for the said Town and District, to assemble in the Town Hall, Lyttelton, on Monday evening, the 3rd February, 1862, at the hour of Seven, to elect Nine Municipal Councillors for the said Municipality, in pursuance of the Provisions of “The Municipal Council Ordinance, Sess. XIV., No. 2.”
