situate in the Ashley District, commencing at a point on the south-eastern side of the Rangiora and
Sefton Road, opposite the third mile
peg; thence north-easterly along the
said road a distance of 20 chains,
and running back south-easterly in a
rectangular block a distance of 10

situate in the Ashley District, bounded
on the north-west by the main line
of road, between Marshman’s road
and the Upper Sefton Road, on the
eastward, by the Road and Railway
Reserve, and on the south-west by
section 2538.
Reserve of 640 acres on the North Bank
of the Waitangi River, having two
miles frontage; to include the crossing place, immediately above the
junction of the Hakateremeha, having
an average depth of half a mile.
