PROCLAMATION.

I, WILLIAM SEFTON MOORHOUSE, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, do hereby proclaim and declare that the day of the date hereof, the piece of land described in the Schedule hereunto annexed, shall be a Public Road.

Given under my hand, at Christchurch, this twenty-fourth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two.
