PROCLAMATION.
I, WILLIAM SEFTON MOORHOUSE, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, in pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf, do hereby summon the Provincial Council of the said Province to meet for the despatch of Special Business at the Council Chamber at Christchurch, at Two o'Clock in the Afternoon, on TUESDAY, the TWENTY-THIRD day of JULY, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-one.
Given under my hand at Christchurch, this Eighteenth day of July, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-one.
