PROCLAMATION.

WILLIAM SEFTON MOORHOUSE, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, do hereby declare that the powers vested in me by the "Canterbury Association's Reserves Ordinance, Session II., No. 2," shall be and the same are hereby delegated to the Executive Council of the said Province.

Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Canterbury, at Christchurch, this fourteenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two.
