PROCLAMATION.

I, WILLIAM SEFTON MOORHOUSE, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, New Zealand, in and by virtue of the powers in me in that behalf vested do hereby publish and declare that the Provincial Council of Canterbury shall be and is by these presents Prorogued until such time as may be appointed and published by my Proclamation in the Canterbury Provincial Government Gazette.

Given under my hand at Christchurch the SIXTEENTH day of MAY, ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND SIXTY-ONE.
