TO BUILDERS.
THE Provincial Government hereby invite fresh tenders for the erection of a Hospital, near the Town of Christchurch; those received on the 26th ultimo being unsatisfactory.
Plans and specifications may be seen at our office, Stone Buildings, Gloucester street, until the 16th inst., between the hours of 10 and 4.
Tenders must be delivered at the Government Offices not later than 10 a.m. on Tuesday, the 16th instant, addressed to the Provincial Secretary, and endorsed "Tender for Hospital, Christchurch."
Each tender is to be accompanied by the names of two substantial householders, who will be willing to enter into a bond, with the person tendering, to the amount of at least one-half of the contract, for the due and proper execution of the contract.
The Government is not pledged to accept the lowest or any tender.
