*DECLARATION — I, Benjamin Moorhouse, of Canterbury, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 1,600 in number, marked M & M, now being depastured by me at Hurunui, in the said province, have not within three months last past been subject to any dressing for the cure of the scab, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me at Hurunui, this 6th day of November, 1860.

CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTION — I, George H. Moore, Provisional Inspector, hereby certify that I have carefully examined 1,600 sheep, branded M & M, the property of Benjamin M. Moorhouse, now being depastured at Hurunui, and that I find such sheep to be entirely free from scab or catarrh.

Given under my hand at Hurunui, this 6th day of November, 1860.
