THOMAS CASS, Esq.,
has resigned his seat as a Member of the Executive Council; and also as a Member of the Provincial Council for the Town of Christchurch.

ROBERT WILKIN, Esq.,
has been appointed a Member of the Executive Council in the room of Mr. Cass, resigned.
This appointment to date from 10th July, 1860.
