Fifty acres near Rangiora, having 12Β½
chains frontage to the Kaiapoi and
Rangiora direct road, south-east of and
joining section 911, and extending
back 40 chains.
The whole of such land or such part
thereof as the Waste Lands' Board
shall adjudge, to be granted to Henry
Barnes Gresson, by way of payment
for work to be done in accordance with
a contract approved on the 14th day
of October instant, for draining a por-
tion of the Christchurch Town Reserve,
to be reserved until the 1st day of Feb-
ruary next.
