NOTICE is Hereby Given that his Honor the Superintendent has appointed the following additional Polling Places for the purpose of the election of the Superintendent, and member of the Provincial Council of the Province of Canterbury, for the Timaru District.

The residence of Mr. John Hayhurst, on the north bank of the river Ashburton.

The office of the Resident Magistrate, at Timaru.

NOTICE is Hereby Given that the following persons have been duly appointed as agents for the issue of Timber Cutting Licenses for the respective districts to which their names are attached :β€”

Arthur Bailey } Okains' Bay, Bone's Bay, and Little Akaloa.
Tuson

John Parker.........Akaroa.
Richard Fleming...Port Levy.
Francis Knowles...Pigeon Bay.
