PUBLIC NOTICE.

Provincial Secretary’s Office,
Christchurch, January 17th, 1856.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several sections of land specified in the subjoined List having been applied for, in accordance with the Notice already published, the same will be put up to sale by Public Auction at the "Royal Hotel," in Christchurch, on Thursday the 7th day of February next, subject to the usual conditions of sale, in addition to the terms already notified.

Sale to commence at 12 o’clock precisely.
