CHARLES OBIN TORLESSE, Esq.,
one of the Justices of the Peace, to be Resident Magistrate for the District of Kaiapoi.

Barrister-at-Law, to be the Keeper of the Public Records, in the place of James Spowers, Esq., resigned. The appointment to hear date from the 15th instant.
