NATIVE LAND ACT, 1873-74.

Province of Auckland.
AT a sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, begun and helden at Helensville, Kaipara, on the 26th day of July, 1876, and concluded on the 29th day of July, 1876, before John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and Wiremu M. Hikairo, Assessor.
In the matter of several applications of the persons for the investigation of their claims to be interested in the several blocks of land named in the first column of the Schedule hereto, it was ordered that a Memorial of Ownership of the several persons respectively named in the third column of the said Schedule, be inscribed on a separate folium of the Court Rolls.
Witness the hand of John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court, the 31st day of August, 1876.
