IT is hereby notified that the several Chairmen of the afternamed District Boards under "The Highways Act, 1874," have reported in writing to the Superintendent the names of the undermentioned persons elected as Fence Viewers for those Districts respectively, in accordance with the provisions of "The Fencing Act, 1855, Amendment Act, 1874;" namely:—
PARNELL — John Brown, and George Hayter.
HOWICK TOWNSHIP — George Browning, and Thomas Frost.
TAMAKI WEST — Edward Pilkington, and Robert Menzies, junior.
PUKEKOHE EAST — James Easton, and William McKerras.

I HEREBY notify that a Crown Grant in favour of the Bishop of Auckland, of lot 7, section 18, one acre, Town of Onehunga, is now ready for delivery at the office of the Registrar of Deeds, Auckland.

AUCKLAND IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION.
THE Auckland Improvement Commissioners will cause to be sold by Public Auction, on the 28th October, 1876, the lease for a term of 99 years, of certain allotments in Princes-street, Alfred-street, O’Rorke-street, Wellesley-street, Rutland-street, and Lorne-street.
