PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By His Honour Sir George Grey, Knight Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers in me vested by the seventh section of "The Highways Act, 1874," I do hereby alter and amend the boundaries of the KAUAERANGA Highway District as hereunder set forth.
Given under my hand at Wellington, in the Province of Wellington, this 21st day of September, 1876.

THE KAUAERANGA HIGHWAY DISTRICT.
Amended Boundaries.
Commencing at the northernmost angle of the Karaka South No. 2 Block: Bounded towards the North-east by the summit of the watershed range, which forms the north-eastern boundaries of the Karaka South No. 2 Block and the Hape North Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks, to the easternmost angle of the Hape North No. 2 Block last named; towards the South-east by a line which forms part of the south-eastern boundary of the Hape North No. 2 Block aforesaid to the Hape Creek, and by said Creek to the Kauaeranga River; towards the South-west by the Kauaeranga River aforesaid and by high water mark of Hauraki Gulf to the mouth of the Karaka Creek; and towards the West by the Karaka Creek aforesaid, and by lines which form part of the north-western boundary of the Karaka South No. 2 Block aforesaid to the northernmost angle of said last named Block, the place of commencement.
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers in me vested by section 81 of "The Highways Act, 1874," I do hereby appoint Messrs. WILLIAM HENRY BLYTH and WILLIAM EDWARDS to be AUDITORS for the MONGONUI Highway District, for the current highway year.

IT is hereby notified that the several Chairmen of the afternamed District Boards under "The Highways Act, 1874," have reported in writing to the Superintendent the names of the undermentioned persons duly elected as AUDITORS of the said Highway Districts respectively, for the ensuing highway year, namely :-
PARNELL :—Thomas J. Waters, and William Thomas James Bell.
TAMAKI WEST :—Alexander Thomson, and Henry Gollan.
PUKEKOHE EAST :—Joshua Robinson, and George Brown.
