PROCLAMATION.
By His Honour Sir George Grey,
Knight Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
By virtue of the powers in me vested by section 83 of "The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1874," I do hereby make the following Regulations for the imposition of penalties for breaches of the Regulations for granting Water Rights under Part VII of the said Act:
-
Every person committing any breach of the said Regulations, or of any part thereof, shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding Twenty Pounds (£20).

Every person failing to comply with the conditions of any Water Right under the said Regulations, or with any part thereof, shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding Twenty Pounds (£20).
Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the said Province at Auckland, this 27th day of January, 1876.

The Poverty Bay District Board,
under the said Act, all the powers vested in me by "The Regulation of Ferries Act, 1863," to be exercised within the said District, and not elsewhere.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

I DO hereby notify that the Privoté Stream, situate in the Coromandel District, Province of Auckland, may be used for the purposes of "The Timber Floating Act, 1873," under Licence, as in the said Act mentioned.
