PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

IT is hereby notified that the several Chairmen of the after-named District Boards, under “The Highways Act, 1874,” have reported in writing to the Superintendent the names of the undermentioned persons appointed as FENCE-VIEWERS for those Districts respectively, in accordance with the provisions of “The Fencing Act, 1855, Amendment Act, 1874,” namely—
Appointed by Board.
WAIPU NORTH:—John M. McKay and William McKenzie.
MANGAKAHIA:—James Sands and Charles Hayward.
